Abiola Aso-Oke Home Accessories @ LPM February Market

Abiola Aso-Oke is famous for the design and production of exclusive traditional hand woven textiles known as Aso-Oke. The company has experience spanning over 20 years in the Nigerian market but they are still as relentless as new brands when it comes to marketing and reaching hitherto oblivious market segment. These cool home furnishings the brand showed at LPM last month are all made from Aso-oke fabric.

African Voodoo Woodwork @ Le Meridien Eko Hotel

I find these voodoo woodworks on sale at Eko hotel, Lagos, very captivating. They would make great odd wall decorations. Some of them are made with driftwood, mahogany et al. But they get some of the best treatment during their production process and can certainly last forever.

Hand Woven Baskets

I found these lovely hand woven afro centric baskets, pots, table & cup mats @ the arts & craft store of Le Meridien Eko Hotel, Lagos on my last trip there. Certainly a good addition to even a modern house.
