New York based label Suno owned by the duo of Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty have continued to design collections in New York and have them produced in Kenya through a scheme that trains the tailors. The label has since inception employed the use of African fabrics but for their resort 2011 collection we see additions made to the fabric story which include a tie dyed neon striped patter sourced from India and also a new paint splatter print they developed. I’m absolutely thrilled by more by the fabrication than the actual designs and the paint splatter print takes the collection to a whole different level. Won’t be long now before we see Rihanna in this particular print.
