I did preview images from the collection presentation earlier in the year but these are the proper images from the show. Amaka Osakwe and her new label Maki-Oh has certainly given the Nigerian high fashion buyers something interesting to look forward to. Her choice of fabrication was quite adorable, one of my fav’s are the calabash top, its like bringingthe village Queen Ojuola from Wole Soyinka’s The Lion and the Jewel drama piece into the metropolis with all her regality.
Can’t wait to see what she has next in store :o0.
