Designer's Lounge Premier

The premier designer’s lounge event kicked off last Sunday at Rehab with a couple of new and unknown designers showing their stuff through a fashion show and sales immediately afterwards at their various stands. The brains behind the event Muyi had worked in the entertainment industry for year and always yearned to do something new. The idea for designers lounge was fashion meets party and the event kept up to its party side with a few musicians including Toolz entertaining the crowd. Designer who participated in the event include the new web sensation Amos Tafiri (model pictured above and below is wearing one of her designs), Ariaba jewelry, Effeci Clothing, Gini and many more. Not a particularly spectacular even in terms of organization or the crowd but nonetheless a decent showing.
